Shen Yun in Atlanta
Shen Yun Performing
Arts came into being in 2006
with a vision of cultural
renewal. It was then that
leading Chinese artists and several small
performance
companies together to revive
an artistic tradition. The response to Shen
Yun
Performing Arts' productions has been
phenomenal. Laughter, tears, and standing
ovations are a common sight. In its
inaugural 2006-2007 season the
company
performed for 78 shows
in 32 cities. In 2007-2008, the number reached
216
shows in 66 cities, 320 shows in 120 cities in 2008-2009 and
in 2009-2010,
400 shows in 130 cities.
We are honored to bring to you this magnificent cultural event,
Shen Yun,
in Atlanta. It will be an event of breathtaking splendor and transcendental
beauty, a celebration of the best of Eastern and Western arts, and a wonderful
